StayOvr at Galatyn Park

I love the property! It felt like a real home and the location was perfect.

I wish it didn’t have such a high cleaning fee due to I’m a very clean person who picks up after self .

Clean and properly kept facility

The second facility was small and not comfortable.

I loved the location. The unit was nicely laid out. It was nice having a washer dryer. The direct access to the pool was great! Host instructions were very clear.

It was a long walk from the parking to the unit.

Checking in was a nightmare-very sketchy. The dishwasher and washing machine were broke. There weren’t any tissues or dish washer pods. We had to purchase extra things including towels because they were not provided. Prior to us staying there. Parking was also a nightmare and whenever we would reach out for support, we got late responses - check out instructions were sent after 11pm.

Couldn't get anyone to help me at the apartment and couldn't get any to answer phone to help me. Got charged and I didn't even stay

Space was clean and easily accessible.

My stay at this hotel was average. The location was convenient, especially since I was attending a conference at UT Dallas. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms left much to be desired. There were noticeable issues that detracted from the overall comfort. Communication could have been improved, particularly on the morning of checkout. I experienced a significant inconvenience when I was locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning key fob. This issue was exacerbated by the complex-wide technical difficulties, making it difficult to receive a rapid response from the owner. The check-in instructions should be more clearer. While the location is a plus, improvements in cleanliness, communication, and clarity of instructions are needed for a better guest experience.
