Great all around

Quiet location overlooking the river. Good size room with super comfortable beds. Hot water a bit unreliable and central atrium carries noise up to all rooms - we could hear a baby crying 4 floors below. Breakfast was poor

Good location by a small river. Fairly quiet comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was very good. Breakfast was at a sister hotel about 100 feet away and was a good breakfast.

Wonderful stay.

Above and beyond. Everyone is very nice and helpful and it makes me feel home away from home.

I liked that we were close to the hot springs but it was only reason I booked this location.

The staff didn’t meet us at the train, like they said. No one was at Hotel Tara when we arrived. Then when someone finally came we were told this hotel had no hot water but we could stay at their other hotel. We went to the other hotel. Immediately after using the toilet once it started to leak out the pipe. They moved us to a room not as nice. Within a couple hours this new hotel had no water. We had no water for the rest of our stay. No flushing toilet, washing hands, nothing. We should not of had to pay for this horrible experience.

Great place, close to the train station and yet, don’t ever hear the train. Minutes walk from the hot springs.
