Solicitei q limpeza do quarto eu não fizeram… 3 dias sem limpar .. fora isso, bom local!

La ubicación me encantó, el hotel muyyy limpio

El desayuno, los huevos estaban fríos y no había mucha opción

excelente ubicacion, se enciuntra cerca de la playa y tambien carca de la plaza kenedy, tenes muchas cosas por hacer pero a la noche se puede descansar muy bien, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno es muy completo

No salen llamadas locales desde el teléfono de la habitación, y al preguntar no todo el personal de recepción del hotel está enterado.

I liked the size of the suite, and the furniture inside. It was all very comfortable, and spacious. The staff were very friendly, and it's in a great location.

The room seemed half cleaned, stains on the sheets and hair in the bathroom. I purchased the suite, so I expected high standards, but the tiles in the bathroom were broken and raised, the towels had holes in them, and there was mold in the bathrooms. They offered to move me to another room, so when I arrived there, it was clean, but the bathtub jets were broken... so they wanted to move me back to the other but I had to wait a night as they had no cleaning staff on-site to clean it.
