"Pleasant and enjoyable experience"

The room was adequate for all intent purposes. I was there just to sleep and somedays throughout the day to carry out some tasks on the laptop. There was on demand hot water, air con to keep you cool and a certain space for yourself to conduct your business tasks. The staff were fantastic and they will often go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Thanks in particular to Ali, Nozrul, Rifiyat and Tutul and many more.

For the length of my duration, the fact that you cannot bring in food from elsewhere may need to be reviewed. Also I would advise them to do one person meals as the portions were far too much for one person. Also take a lead and start doing sugar free drinks and products to stand out from the crowd 😊
