The cleanliness.

1. They couldn't give us the room that we booked and so provided a different room. But they insisted that we would have to pay extra for that room even though they failed to provide the booked room! When we mentioned this fact, they didn't say anything further and took us to that upgraded room. During checkout, they started manipulating us to pay extra for the upgraded room in weird ways! They denied to receive the due amount showed in booking.com app and showed their weird calculation to cover up the price for the upgraded room. This was the first time we faced such a situation in case of staying at a hotel! 2. Service was moderate.

We booked a double room, we arrived to find a twin room available for us. We were told a guest had decided to stay on another night in our room so we had to take a twin. With no other option available. We were not informed of this situation before we arrived. The hot water comes in bursts, so you start a shower with hot water and it starts getting cooler and cooler until until cold so you have to turn the shower off while you shampoo and scrub then you turn water back on to get out quickly. We requested to have an evening meal as we could not have the breakfast due to flight times. Also that request was rejected and we were offered semi cold soggy toast at 6am.

I’ve asked for non smoking room, they have me a smoking room stinking like an ashtray. When I asked about a non smoking room they said they don’t do non smoking rooms. Could not sleep as all I can smell is cigarettes, my clothes were smelling too. The bed sheet had holes, duvet cover had staines. You can not bring outside food into the hotel. It’s meant to be a 4 star hotel but it’s more like a 0 star. It’s meant to have a cattle but non of that.
