We were so fed up of cold weather in the USA that we decided to take a quick vacation in beautiful Guatemala. We found this hotel at a low price so we set low expectations. When we arrived, we were greeted by the front desk staff with a warm smile. That’s what changed our attitude towards this place. What a nice little hotel in eastern Guatemala!!. Cozy, clean, safe, and above all, family friendly. And they even have a restaurant with live music with the most welcoming servers. The food was so delicious and they have different flavors for every taste. The pool, which is shared with another hotel, was very clean and not so crowded given the time of the year. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. We will definitely come back!!

MUY BUENA EXPERIENCIA,ES LA SENGUNDA VEZ UE ME HOSPEDO EN ESTE LUGAR MUY TRANQUILO, COMODO LIMPIO, EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE. UNICAMENTE SUGIRIRIA PONER VENTILACION EN LAS HABITACIONES QUE NO TIENEN VENTANA. POR LODEMAS EXELENTE.

The place looks nice. Unfortunately we were sleeping when I heard my wife coughing really bad I started coughing. A really strong odor like carbon monoxide we got out immediately and wet direct to costumer service. To make it short we were moved to another room. We didn’t sleep we left our own pillows cases in the other room which of course disappeared. On top cockroach
