"Lovely place for the weekend, would book again."

The location was perfect for our needs and a short walk away from the winter gardens. The owners were lovely & made us feel very welcome. Able to park on site and left the car the following day, saving us inconvenience. The room was good, nothing to flash but again perfect for our needs as we were staying just for the weekend. Beds were comfy.

It took a while for the room to warm up but it is a oldish building & this can be expected but once it was warm it was fine. The shower was a bit temperamental but again once it got going it was fine.

Owners were very helpful and location was good too

Thought it was slightly overpriced for time of year and car parking spaces were tight
