"Decaiu a qualidade"

Achei que o hotel caiu um pouco. Botões dos elevadores não funcionavam direito e a cama auxiliar que nosso filho de 3 anos dormiu estava amassada e abaloada. Foi um pouco frustrante depois de muitas estadias sem intercorrência.

Não foi boa desta vez. Banheiro escorregadio e com chuveiro vazando. Acabei por cair e me machucar. Faltaram copos, talheres e pratos na hora do café. Precisam melhorar e se estruturar melhor
