Santa Suites New Hotel

En perfecto estado las habitaciones. Se ve todo nuevo. El edificio necesita reforma en las escaleras. La terraza muy agradable. El personal es muy amable amigable y atento en todo momento. A minutos andando de restaurante para cenar.

Es un hotel perfecto para pasar un par de noches y ver demre y sus alrededores. Los empleados son muy agradables y cercanos. De echo, el dueño nos llevo a conocer su huerta. La habitación estaba perfetamente limpia y bien decorada. La cama era muy comoda.

You do not encounter a situation different from what you see in the pictures here and there on the internet. The location is very good. No parking lot available but no parking problem either. Rooms are neat and tidy. The employees are friendly, involved, caring and sincere. Breakfast is rich. Tea is served on the roof all night long. They like and value children. It is quite good in terms of cost-effectiveness.

Otelin temizliği gayet iyi bir olumsuzlukla karşılaşmadık. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli. Güler yüzlü personelle karşılaşmak ayrıca bir huzur verici. Otopark yok ancak sokak araçlar için müsait çok yoğunluk olmuyor. Demre'ye yolumuz tekrar düşerse ilk düşüneceğim yer burası olacak.

1 yatak odası ve mutfakla birleşik 1 salonu olan dairede konakladık. Tüm eşyalar yeni ve modern tarza sahip. Her yer tertemiz. Odadaki salıncağa çocuklar da bayıldı. Akşam terasta çay kahve içebilirsiniz. Hasan Beye verdiği bilgiler ve hoş sohbeti için teşekkür ederiz. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Merkezi bir konumda. Her yere kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz.

Hotel is newly renovated and furniture is new. Location is close to center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But there are a lot to improve in the hotel. We were told that breakfast is until 10:30 but almost everything was finished when we went at 10:05 and when we complained we were told that other guests before us ate too much. The shower drain was completely blocked and water flooded everywhere in the bathroom. When we complained they cleaned the drain and it was OK. But this shows that bathrooms are not cleaned at all between different guests, otherwise they would have noticed the drain is blocked. There is no parking in the hotel, you need to park on the street.

Völlig ausreichend. Gemütlich sauber.

Temiz, fiyatına göre çok kaliteli hizmet veren. Kahvaltısı ve ikramları ile keyif aldığımız bir otel. Hasan abinin güzel sohbeti çok keyifliydi.

I rarely review anymore but I simply had to say how good this little hotel is. Want to be greeted by a smiling staff who try to do everything possible to accomodate you? If yes, stay here. Fantastic breakfast, the best and freshest i have had. In the evening the father of the owner is up on the roof speaking with guests and serving a snack that is either grown by him or grown fresh and local. Rooms are spotless and new. Bathroom was very very large with lots of water pressure. Beds are new. AC works great. Has an elevator
