Great location, ideal for our group of 10 adults visit Henley for the weekend

There was an awful smell in one of the bedrooms

Perfect location, walkable to everything. The house was so clean and had everything we needed, they allowe da pirvate chef so we had a lovely dinner. everything we needed was in the house

nothing it was so perfect for us, can't fault the place! maybe some more bin liners would have been great so we could take the bins out, we were 10 girls!

The property is central to Henley, no need to have or use a car.

If you have trouble with steep narrow staircases this could be a bit difficult for you to access bedrooms.

Fantastic Central location. House was well furnished, warm and comfortable, with all amenities. Beds were comfortable, nice cotton linen & house was clean and very well set out for a large group.

Parking was an issue. We had other cars parking in our designated parking area & had to find the owners to move their vehicles. This happened 3 times on a 3 night stay, so was rather intrusive of our time. It also made us miss our boat trip, which was disappointing. it is shared parking with the pub staff & they park anywhere & everywhere. Rather chaotic, if I'm honest. The only other criticism is that the garden lights did not work. We were having a Birthday celebration, so would have been nice to light up the garden area. I spent quite a while trying all switches, but none worked. I mentioned this to the host & they were apologetic & offered to try & get compensation from the pub for missing our trip but damage had been done by this time.

The property as a whole was really nice, great location in the middle of town, beds were very comfortable and a great feel to the place.

as much as it was great there was a pub connected to it which we didn’t realise. Had we known this we likely wouldnt have booked due to having a 1 year old who was constantly woken up by the loud music. A lot of the interior was dirty, including plates/ glasses and there was a mouldy coffee cafetière. Also, all of the blankets for them living room had red wine stains and didn’t seem clean.

The spectacular house in a fantastic location. The house is spacious, high standard of furnishings and space for socialising or quiet time with how the house is laid out. The location is fantastic with local facilities, boutiques and a vast selection of high quality restaurants all within a short walk. Sat next to a good quality food venue which is accessible to have food delivered in a restaurant style. Everyone in Henley is very welcoming and social.

A welcome pack of essentials would have been a nice start to the holiday.
