Location very good, nice size of apartment. Spotlessly clean and nice bedding. Plenty hangers in wardrobes .

Beds are a bit over used. A bit small for 6 people and definitely too small for 8. Freezer badly needs defrosting. Overhead light in living/dining room is awful, a harsh white light with broken shades. Only 1 small lamp. We brought in a lamp from a bedroom, so maybe invest in better lounge lighting.

Excellent location and river view. Kind welcome gift. Air fryer useful addition to kitchen equipment. Accommodation was warm and clean. Ideally located for river attractions, trips into city centre and coastal walk to Broughty Ferry.

Didn't appear to be clear instruction on how to access the key lockbox. Had to phone for assistance. All visitors were accustomed to firmer mattresses. Indicator markings on oven and grill have been worn off over time and no instruction manual available for this item. However air fryer to the rescue!!

Very clean, modern & in good position overlooking Tay River & Tay bridge with beautiful views. Flat was well equipped with all basic essentials. Bed linen was crisp & beds very comfortable

Little things like shower screen needed fixing so to stay put while showering instead of it swinging in on you all the time.

Location and apartment were excellent. Beautiful views. Safe and secure. Lovely extras eg prosecco on arrival and tea/coffee available. Great shower and clean bathroom. All bedrooms were lovely.

We had a bit of an issue with using the TV. That might have been our lack of technology skills!?! Maybe a note of how to use the TV would have benefitted us in particular.

The location was brilliant: quiet but close to the centre, with a wonderful view. The building itself was quiet and peaceful.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike!
