had a fantastic experience and loved almost everything about my stay. The location is excellent — close to both the city center and the piers, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and genuinely eager to help whenever I had questions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was also wonderfully quiet — I couldn’t hear any outside noise at all.

The only minor thing: during housekeeping, my own teaspoon was taken away by mistake — they probably thought it belonged to the hotel. But honestly, it was such a small thing and didn’t take away from a great stay.
