I was overcharge by 500 dollars. I tried calling the hotel and was redirected multiple times, yet no one was able to help me to explain the overcharge. I am disputing with my bank, since the hotel does not care about this 500 dollar charge or try to explain to me what happened with my credit card. Customer Service could improve. I left multiple messages and no one contacted me back

The staff was very nice and professional. The restaurant supplied wonderful meals. The hotel is new. It's well located. I have stayed once at this location before and will plan to stay at this hotel again.

I would've loved a self serving coffee bar in the main lobby. I know there's a coffee machine in the room, but I dislike having to learn how to make the coffee without turning on lights (disturbing those still sleeping) while preparing it in the room. Plus, I do not like having to open all of those creamer containers, when I can simply pour half and half once from a container. However, I did have a delicious coffee at the bar that I paid for.

Modern and accessible to everywhere. Large bathrooms.

Rooms need microwaves and not meant for extended stays. Minimal drawer space and pleasant but compact rooms.
