Scimiscià 2-bedroom Apartment with AC

The location is excellent. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. About a 10 minute easy walk to Old Town. Never had any concerns about security. Great apartment for a family, even the sofa bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning in the main bedroom is not working. We were aware of this before we arrived. It would be great if it was working, especially if it is as hot as it was when we were visiting. There is air conditioning in the living room and bunk room.

Location in a nice quiet part of town and not too far from the station. Beds were comfortable. Reasonable kitchen facilities to allow cooking at home. Wifi was good. Clear instruction on how to enter the property once contact made with host

The crazy exorbitant price! 4 flights of stairs with no elevator was terrible with 3 big suitcases. Apartment is run down and quite cramped. Ok cleanliness though there was sand in apartment upon entry. No oven or microwave. Exhaust fan was really loud. The stove top kept short circuiting so had to reset the fuse box multiple times. No communication from the host. We had to make contact as the train was heading there to find out how to enter the property. Wouldn’t stay again

A clean, welcome snack was good but you have to walk 4th ( 5th) floor with luggage bag

The air conditioner in the master bedroom was not working and kept showing an error. Despite multiple requests for repair, no action was taken, and the responses we received were unhelpful and unfriendly. Although we were told that a fan would be provided, it was never delivered. One of the staff members promised a partial refund, but after we checked out, we never received it and have not gotten any response since.

The apartment had all of the amenities to ensure our stay was comfortable and easy! The hosts were very nice about setting up a crib for our baby. This was a great place to stay for a family. The hosts were great to communicate with and very helpful. It was a bonus that coffee, espresso pods, and water was provided! We also appreciated their eco-travel conscious notes throughout the apartment. Finally, it was a close and easy walk from the train station.

The apartment is 4 floors up and required climbing many stairs. If you are worried about the amount of luggage you have to carry or have anyone who might have difficulty navigating stairs a few times a day, this would be a challenge. It was ok for us as we were out and about most of the day and only had to navigate the stairs a few times. For reference, we had a baby, an individual with knee issues, and 3 large suitcases.

Beautiful and clean. Great shower. Nice to have coffee pods and snacks on table. Drive your car to property to drop off luggage and then bring your car to paid parking 500 m away - very easy.

No elevator so make sure you can carry your luggage and wish there was a balcony.

There are two bedrooms and a large living room.

Staying on the highest floor of a building without an elevator is not advisable for those with knee problems. If you have a lot of heavy luggage, it will be a nightmare.

Location was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Our host was so kind. Our apartment was very spacious for 4 adults and 2 kiddos! The views were amazing, and air conditioning was very nice to have in the heat of july!

We were on the 4th floor, it was a lot of stairs, it was ok for us young people but for 60+ with ankle issues and back problems it was a lot!

Space cleanliness location and the little touches like coffee pods, biscuits etc it was perfect for our family of 5
