Beachfront Paradise with Outstanding Sunset Views

The apartment was amazing, and the view of the ocean and city was beautiful.

The property was clean for the most part. However the dishes, glasses, silverware and pots/pans were questionable.

The hot water did not work most of the time, even after it was worked on 3 times. Oven did not work and the pilot light replaced. The sliding glass door roller was broken and difficult to open/close the door. The blinds in the master roller was broken, could not open/close the blinds. There were not enough towels for the 2 weeks of staying with 2 people. Kitchen was not fully equipped. All of the knives were dull and impossible to vegetables and fruits. Pans were in horrible condition- handle was falling off and pan was black making all food black. Wooden cutting board had mold all over it. All the beds were super hard and uncomfortable. Could not close the bathroom windows, or the kitchen window. Communication and response to requests took days to fulfill any requests. Spend most of my time managing and receiving the maintenance or housekeeping. No one spoke English or knew how to communicate through translating app. Washing machine was in Spanish and impossible to use. Staff did not even know how to use the machine. No dryer available. Did not take a photo of everything broken but it is in the communication in the messages.

We liked the proximity to the beach and the social area, very safe. Thanks

Pool was amazing, staff and agents in Huespedia were 100% responsive and honored their word. They helped me being flexible with checkout. Honestly very nice experience on that regard. I recommend it. View from the room was unbeatable, the best of the best.

Beachfront was closed, seems like construction 🚧 zone. Also it got flooded quite often after raining making walking quite difficult. Shuttle was quite expensive, knowing how much other options are. I should have known that since the beginning.
