Garagenstellplatz, zentrale Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, gute telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Mitarbeiter, unkomplizierter CheckIn

Lage in nicht zu guter Bahnhofsnähe, kein richtiges Workspace, kein wirkliches Frühstück (nur eine Frühstücks-Box, die mit ins Zimmer genommen werden muss), nur eine Kaffeekapsel pro Tag, Erdgeschosslage zur Straße mit zuviel Einblick ins Zimmer, deshalb muss die Jalousie immer ganz unten bleiben.

The shower doors wouldn’t close all the way and water leaked everytime we showered. The outlets by the bed stoped working the second morning of our 3 day stay. A random woman started knocking on our door late at night and because there was no deadbolt we were uneasy.

Gute Lage, Vernünftige Ausstattung.. Reichhaltiges Frühstück . Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Kein Frühstücksbuffet und auch kein Frühstücksraum.

On paper, the hotel looked good, but the reality was very disappointing. We stayed for three nights, and the experience was very unpleasant. First, the description stated that the bed was king-size (180–200 cm), but in reality it was only 140 cm wide and also very uncomfortable, one side of the bed was even slanted! We were also provided with just two pillows, and they were extremely thin with almost no filling inside—more like towels than proper pillows. Additionally, we stayed during a heatwave, and the air conditioning was both ineffective and very noisy. It looked very old, as if it hadn’t been replaced in decades. As a result, we barely managed to sleep more than a few interrupted hours each night, and we returned home exhausted after our stay.
