They are nice and good staff.value of money. Location is cool almost Shara e faisal 2 min walk . Room was big enough.

"Over all was a good experience with the cleaning and service but needs a lot of improvements..."

Breakfast wasn't including and I have booked a room for 3 single beds and they provided us with only two and a matrice to put it on the floor which was quite unprofessional. Even they charged us for the whole 3 beds without giving the proper facilities. Hope they will improve in the future and won't lie about their services online; showing something else on the internet and providing something else.

=> Didn't provided the amount of beds they claimed in their online advertisement even though they charged full for it. => Lied about their free shuttle service to the airport. => Even charged for the basic accessories they claimed to provide for free. => They show something else on the internet and provide something else.
