The hotel was staffed by professional and friendly people. The hotel is kept clean and has a perfect location.

Hello.... I was in Türkmen Hotel with my mother and showed her the different places in Adana, after I did those things, I had a good talk with one of their employees "Mustafa Özmen" who recommended me a cafe to go to and that I politely agreed. The hotel called a taxi and the place I needed to go was only 7 kilometers and paid full overcharge because I am from Denmark. Never mind, enters the cafe and sees Mustafa is there with a friend, they choose to sit on my table, we have fun together and have a good chat. Before the place closes, both Mustafa and his mate run off, leaving the bill for me. A big no thank you from here!

Turkmen Riverside was a lovely place to stay in Adana. It was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and tastefully and functionally decorated. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast on the top floor with fabulous city and river views—the latter something we also appreciated in our room. Conveniently located next to a mall, the hotel is across from the beautiful Sabancı Mosque, within view of the ancient but still functioning (for pedestrians) Taş Köprüsü (Stone Bridge), and Büyük Saat (Big Clock Tower) in the historic Adana town center. The entire staff was helpful, very courteous and hospitable. The bedding was especially comfortable, the pillows, linens, and duvet being superior to what is often found in Turkish hotels.

Very good and easy check in. All staff very helpful and pleasant and made to feel welcome. Excellent location opposite the Sabanci Mosque.

I am very happy with my stay in Turkmen hotel. If you are hesitating between hotel choices, I recommend Turkmen riverside Adana. If is closer to a 5 star hotel in terms of service. I came for 8 nights for medical tourism and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Special thanks to Burhan, Burak. And of course Attila.. I had no problems with the AC. I checked in earlier and asked for a non smoking room and everything was perfect. Absolutely 0 smell in my room throughout the stay. I had no problems of any kind that some people have mentioned in the reviews. The staff made sure to say if I wanted at any time to open the windows they could open it for me (it has a lock) The breakfast was nice and healthy. Try the Turkish tahini and pancakes. the cheeses were very good. No problem with coffee. The breakfast could be a little more but I think it was perfectly enough, the restaurant staff are amazing. Housekeeping was always timely. Thank you.
