Welcoming spacious 2-bedroom house in St Helens

House exactly as described, and was in a great location for our needs

Heating in the morning came on after we left for work, but it was quite mild so didn't matter

Great location for the festival we went too. Close to shops and take aways, clean and spacious

Nothing disappointing just a small request of having done with a dustpan and brush so we could tidy up our glitter and crumbs lol

The worst place I have ever paid to stay. Pictures are mid-leading. No tv in kitchen. The house itself is In a state, all walls, woodwork, beds are disgusting. Dog hairs all in beds. The house stinks of wet dog throughout. The beds are a different story, the worst beds ever the springs come through the mattress. A lot of work needs doing the parking is a car park at the side of the house with no cameras and it is a really rough area so I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there. All rubbish in back garden and 14 bin bags beside the wheely bin in the alley way. The bed covers have balls all over due to being worn and not changed for so long! Honestly, it is the worst place I have ever stayed and the price they charge is unbelievable. I would not recommend this to anybody, the place is horrendous. If you want to feel dirty and uncomfortable then book this house.

The size of the property was great

The place was filthy, kitchen floor made your feet black as it was so dirty. No heating downstairs so it was freezing cold on a evening and in the mornings, beds were ultra thin springs poking in, facilities were all broken, bins were full and kitchen bin had no lid, toilet brushs were covered in old feases. Really old coffee stuck to the bottom of the tin. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. We contacted them on day 1 about the heating and cleanliness and was told it would be sorted. None of which was. After contacting about the heating everyday we then started getting ignored and was left freezing cold with kids for 3 days. Photos advertised are diseaving.

Really nice. Close to where we were going. Nice amenities. Car park next door. Very close to station. Nice and warm. Kitchen well equipped.

Mattresses very thin.

Pleasant, functional, well equipped house. Clean, well equipped kitchen. Like the use of environmentally friendly products.

The heating wasn't on when we arrived and there were no instructions about it. We managed to find the boiler and turn it up and then it was warm. The bedding wasn't enough to keep warm (in reasonably warm Spring, not midwinter). The second night we found some extra bedding which helped, but again we had to root around to find it, it wasn't obviously available.
