Shout out to the staff at the front desk who helped with my request - all of them were very accommodating, including the manager. Breakfast was on point too, although I wasn’t expecting much!

The hotel is very new and clean with good smell. The food at hotel Japanese restaurant is very delicious and staffs are very friendly and nice. The location is very convenient very near express way and Golf Club. Totally happy to stay here and looking forward for return.

5 - new and very clean and super helpful staff (Sales Manager Mr Ikeda-San follow up closely for our stay and meeting facility, he response very fast for all the changes happen last mins and he always there to help (he is responding emails even 11pm and he came to help for the meeting set up at 8am!, Nut & Mjn take very good care 14 of us for the dinner We had breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel. Food was good! My colleague was happy with the GYM facility.
