The staff were outstanding. I accidentally made an error when booking and reserved two rooms instead of one. I reached out to Booking.com several times for assistance but never received a response. Since I had booked non-refundable rooms, I understood it was my mistake, even though I realized it about two weeks before our trip. When we arrived for check-in, I explained the situation to Nickalos. He immediately spoke with the manager, explained what had happened, and within a couple of minutes they approved a refund for the extra room. That level of customer service was unexpected and very much appreciated. Another great feature of the hotel was the lobby bar, which is open 24 hours a day for coffee or drinks. It was a nice convenience and added to an already excellent stay. Thanks again to Nickalos and the management team for going above and beyond!
