Lovely room, nice and clean with great coffee station. Breakfast was great as they even made it the night before for us as we had to leave early.
Bed wasn’t the comfiest or the pillows. TV didn’t work, connection kept breaking up.

Warm welcome even allowed us an early check in, so we had the rooms to get ready for a nearby wedding. Breakfast was lovely next morning and rooms very clean and comfortable
Bath towels are small and thin material, could do with replacing

Lovely grounds, quiet. Room lovely renovated and nice cosy decor. Yummy breakfast. Helpful friendly staff.
Shower temperature was too hot (impossible to make it cooler) , which I let them know to get it fixed.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived late, just before the kitchen closed, but as we called ahead to order we were able to eat, despite train cancellations and delays. The location was delightful and the room beautiful. We were welcomed and charmed by every member of staff during our stay. The food was exceptional. As foodies, we were delighted and even stayed for lunch on the day we checked out, just to enjoy more options from their menu. We were also pleased with our breakfast, which was cooked to order, along with a few extras. We will definitely stay there again, every time we are in the area.
Everything was excellent in this cosy location. The fire in the dining room was welcome on a rainy day, and the whole vibe was relaxed and friendly. We loved everything!
