De locatie, het vriendelijke personeel.

We zijn erg geschrokken, toen we de kamer opende bleek deze al bezet te zijn. Toen we dit melden schrok de dame achter de balie wel maar bood geen excuses aan of iets. Gelukkig hebben we alsnog een andere kamer gekregen. De volgende ochtend bij uitchecken nog een keer gemeld en die boden wel excuses aan. Ik vraag me af hoe het überhaupt kan, dat een bezette kamer wordt weggegeven? Ik laat in ieder geval nooit geen waardevolle spullen meer achter op de kamer...

Ik heb geen verbeter punten . Ik was samen met mijn kleindochter van 21 . Wij hebben genoten.

Die Lage TOP, das Frühstück- lecker, vielfältig, frisch, das Personal-freundlich, sehr bemüht. Wir hatten Zimmer im 7.Stock und wunderschöne Aussicht! Direkt an der Seitenstraße zur Fußgängerzone und vom Bahnhof fußläufig und trotzdem ruhig.

Gute Lage, Tram direkt vor der Tür. Der schönste Bahnhof ever nur ca. 100m entfernt. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten (habe außerhalb kostenlos geparkt und mit Tram zum Hotel).

Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein und beengt. Am Abend, wenn Gäste in der sehr kleinen Lobby mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten etwas trinken kann es sehr laut sein. So war es bei mir, und leider nicht zum Aushalten :-(
