Run down, people loud all night, had to barricade door to feel safe

The proper\nTy was okay at best. But I was charged $30 to Check-in early after.I was told that there was no early check in over the phone. I\nLeft in a hurryThe next morning and I left an envelope, a manilla envelope with $97, and some very important medicines.I didn't realize I had left it until I got home.The next morning and got ready for work. When I called acquiring about my very important belongings , the woman that answered acted like she could care less and told me to call at nine o'clock to speak with the people who cleaned my room. As if they are going to be honest about it, I hope and pray they will as I have not yet spoken to them.But the woman in charge acted like she could care less and did nothing to help.Try and find my loss belongings.I'll never be staying there again and I will be filling a police report if my belongings do not turn up

The place didn’t have any lotions Kleenex and the one bed had extremely bad springs. Should have been a $60 motel.

Kind staff and comfy bed. Yes, the building and rooms are older, but they were clean, and that's what really matters at the end of the day. I'm traveling to Greensboro every weekend for the rest of the month and I plan on booking a room for each visit. Can't beat the price, and the room has everything you need.

If you like an abusive property owner screeching at you from the courtyard before you have even gotten out of the car, this is the place for you. Needless to say, the abusiveness of her approach and disregard for the comfort of her guests already checked-in and in their bed just added to the distaste for me to stay.

Room was clean, very comfortable bed, the staff was helpful, and it was well worth the price.

The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of bathroom countertop space, and the shower was clean.

Upon first walking up to the door, the water pooling underneath the room’s window outside was not a great sign starting out. I figured it was most likely because of the AC unit, although what looked like a small sinkhole that took a chunk of the parking lot in the rear part of the Inn was not anymore comforting in regards to my concern about water damage/leaks on the property. In the room, right as I walked in, there appeared to be water or at least enough moisture to appear visually directly underneath the wood, which I could both see in between the cracks and also on the external of the tile along both sides of the cracks in front of the bed (the area between the bed and the desk/TV). Additionally, I believe I killed four insects and one fruit fly in total during my one night stay. My last primary concern was about the blanket on the outside of the bed—despite there being a sign that says no smoking on the front of the Night Registration window next to the (seemingly permanently closed) lobby door, there were distinctly small, round holes in at least three places on the blanket, and an ash try on the bed side table. Quiet hours are definitely not kept here after 10 pm, which I acknowledge was not something mentioned in the listing. Speaking of which, among the property facilities that they have listed in their Booking.com profile, the following were not in my room: more than one toiletry (bar soap), alarm clock, telephone, soundproofness. But at least I had the ashtray for all the smoking I did not do, nor would I have been allowed to. Finally, and it’s more of a personal qualm, there was only one charging outlet that I saw in the room, and it was right next to the door. So maybe bring a long charging cable if you decide to stay here. That’s all I think.

We enjoyed our stay the lady at the window was very nice. The only reason I gave a 3/4 on the property was because some construction work was going on and they put us in a room right there. There were only 3 other guests at the time we stayed so they could have put us away from the construction
