No1 Apartments St Andrews - South Street

Location on the main street with parking was brilliant. Hadn’t appreciated when i booked just how central and convenient the property was. A beautiful apartment that was spotless. Two bedrooms were both a good size with great ensuite.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Two comfortable king size beds . We loved having the living room and the little kitchen. There is definitely attention to the detail made .

Plus close to everything. . The restaurants, the beach , stores and the university.

Location

Too many emails and required before checkin. Having to pay an extra fee for deposit after already booking and paying for the room is ridiculous and unneeded. Friction. Asking guest figure out additional steps on site right before they arrive and threatening them with no access to the room if they don't complete the deposit procedure is not pleasant and takes time away vacation time. I will not use your services again because of this. A vital part of hospitality is making it easy and your room was the worst I have used in years.

Location fantastic with excellent parking.The digital entry system super secure and convenient. Apartment literally had everything you need and more and is spotless.Staff were checking the accommodation as we arrived and were very friendly and helpful. Came in on the second day to empty bins etc. Right in the centre of town so convenient for everywhere we wanted to go.

We had the classic apartment which involved 30 plus stairs with some on a twist. Ok for us but could be challenging for some clients. Can be a bit noisy into the early hours with students heading home but that's St Andrews!!

This is a lovely, well-appointed apartment that has kept a little of its historic feel. Everything is in good condition and clean and finished to a high standard. It's got a good entry system and the instructions are clear. The luggage storage is handy.

We liked everything.

The decor was gorgeous! Towels and bed linen were luxurious! Location was perfect for St Andrews

La qualité du logement, le comfort et le style, l'emplacement est idéal, avoir une place de parking attribuée est un plus.

Si on cherche les petits détails: proposer une place de parking à 10£ en plus du logement alors qu'elle est dans un accès libre et public, quand bien même sur le périmètre de la co-pro et déjà marqué au numéro de l'appartement est une surfacturation inutile. D'autant qu'on reçoit un mail avec 'loffre pour cette place mais une fois arrivé au logement, on n'a pas eu l'explication de comment prendre cette place. Idem on reçoit un mail pour faire un precheckin et au moment de valider on se rend compte que cette option est payante. Je n'ai pas souscrit et au final, ce service est inutile puisque l'on rentre par soi-même avec le code.
