I recently stayed at the Red Radisson, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The highlight, however, was the helpful and attentive staff. A special thanks to Mr. Bhupinder Pal and Mr. Naveen I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience

Okay. The hotel is good but the service staff in restaurant need more training. Tea order took about 30 minutes to arrive, order for food of parathas at breakfast did not arrive till after we were about to leave our table after 40 minutes. The orders were mixed up regularly. There is no urgency for the staff to serve. The in room dining forgot to bring complete order. Very disappointing. Such a shame.

this a the most underrated hotel in Mohali where you can have a fabulous experience with the property, staff and food. we had an amazing experience and would want to come back again to the same set up as it has touched our hearts with such exceptional touch of customer service, (especially Aarzoo), which went beyond our imagination. kudos to the staff in the front office and restaurant . It was certainly HOME away from home experience.
