Overall personalised service was exemplary. I felt very welcome. On Friday evening my dinner order took an hour and I was offered a complimentary drink in recognition. The environment certainly lives up to the name i.e. a retreat. My room was very clean and tidy.

I was a little surprised that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom although there was a shower rail. I recognise and accept the room I stayed in was for people with disability. This is a blip relative to my overall experience.
