I asked for an immediate refund within 15minutes of booking manager said he would let expedia know nothing has happened since then. Roaches were running everywhere with cigarette burns in the blanket.

its very peaceful not loud and there is some food places around which is nice. The service was amazing the manager is very friendly and social. It was more than I expected when I arrived at my room where I found it to be far more spacious and clean than other accommodations I have stayed in in the past. The room was clean and spacious with a nice clean bathroom

It's up when I first got there it looked like I was in a third world country and then this old man comes out I check in he writes everything down manually there's no computers anywhere he gives me a key and says you're in room 14 so I go in there hang out for a little bit and then the owner comes to my door he says I need to leave I said why he said I didn't pay I said I sure did I paid through hotels.com you should have you know something confirming that my payment went through I called my bank even and the lady over the phone I had on speaker confirmed that I paid right in front of him and he still wasn't denial he still wanted me to leave I said I'm not leaving anywhere until I get payment from you I paid I'm not going to double pay I said you want me to leave you're going to pay me to leave and then well maybe about 15 minutes later he comes back he tries to apologize but the apology was not genuine it was just it sounds so meaningless I just ignore him and not to mention I got sick in the room and it was filthy

First off we waited 30 mins to check in the manger was not there.when we got into room there were no towels went to front office they said theyd bring sone never did no shower stuff at all

The room didn't have any towels or toilet paper. The shower was broken and the room also had roaches. I was sent to multiple rooms and they all had roaches one room wasn't clean and the bed wasn't made. Then I was sent to two other motels and both of the motels had roaches.

I really tried giving this place a chance, but honestly after the third time staying there I must say I was very disappointed. Every time I had to ask for toilet paper, towels and the TV remote. Which by the way it would take me hours to get a pair of towels. For my most recent stay checking in was a disaster. If it wasn't because I had reserved online I would've left somewhere else. Waited over 20 minutes just for someone to assist me. Let's just say it took about an hour just to get checked in a key to the room. Overall I was very disappointed.

The stay was nice and comfortable
