The location is close to the beach.

Parking was a disaster. The owner does not like to give receipts and will not guarantee parking. The booking listed that parking is free, but they said only one vehicle was allowed, which was not stated anywhere in the booking (on this website or the paper I signed checking in). It was incredibly difficult to even park where there was parking and we were blocked in. It is normal business practice to get a receipt and it became a huge deal. We were told that we would have to go to a location, not listed on booking.com and pay a larger fee if we wanted a receipt. The woman was nice who we contacted and finally did give us a written receipt. She was not the problem. I would not recommend at all just because of parking. This was one of the main reasons we chose this location for the night and 2 parking spaces for a facility with space for 8 people is not unreasonable, nor was asking for a receipt. We did check in early but that was because the owner was asking us to come back at a time we could not check in. I said I would come back at 330, after the check in time. He kept cutting me off when I spoke and it became incredibly uncomfortable to have a conversation.

The location was great! 1 block from the bay and 3 blocks from the boardwalk/beach.

When I made the booking, the owner stated that they did not rent to bridal parties and the like so I assumed it would be a quiet place. However the owner failed to mention that the remainder of the apartments were rented out to high school kids for senior week. Needless to say there were about 20-30 teenagers partying and acting out well until 2-3 am! The noise was unbearable and ruined our whole trip.

Very nice well kept apartment. Owners very nice and took good care of us. Good location. Easy access to food,shopping and the beach!!

Parking. We went at a busy time (bike week) that made parking a challenge,

it had everything we needed for it to be just like home

the only issue I had was the parking but it wasn’t the worst

The owners are really wonderful and pleasant! They accommodated all of our needs and were super positive about our two year old doberman staying with us. We definitely will go back! The location is great too!
