"This is a lovely beach house but be prepared! Too small for 10 guests in the winter."

A lovely location. There was a large garden which led straight on to the beach. Great especially with 4 children staying. The oven was excellent. The heating could be turned up. Communication with the agency was good always replied in a timely manner.

The kitchen cupboards were packed with lots of serving dishes. Some of these were useful but on arrival there was little space to put our food shop. In 3 of the bedrooms there was nothing to hang your clothes up not even a hook behind the doors. There was only one shower and one bath and no lock on one of them. The settees were very low, old, tired and one had a rip. One of the dining chairs was broken on the top and most of the mismatched chairs were uncomfortable. There were no dessertspoons, only tablespoons which was weird. No sharp knives for preparing food. The beds were provided with only one pillow and a duvet. There were no extra coverings and some of our party were cold. The ladder to the top bunk had a raised metal ridge on each step so shoes were needed for the child to get up, again weird.

"Fijne plek en sfeervol huis, inrichting kan gemoderniseerd worden."

Fijn huis en prachtige tuin. Je loopt zo het strand op en de zee in. Keukengerei heel uitgebreid.

We vonden dat er erg veel meubels stonden in het huis, ( kastjes, tafeltjes, piano) die eerder in de weg staan als je met 10 personen bent, sandra ze praktisch zijn. Daarnaast zijn de zitbanken van slechte kwaliteit, de bedden redelijk en is er weinig tuinmeubilair. We misten een fijne loungeplek in de tuin.

Location directly on beach was fantastic.

Trip during heatwave so some form of shade/umbrella for the garden would have been useful. Assume the sea breeze makes that tricky…..
