LILage, Grösse, Terrasse
Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kleine Defekte. Etwas unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung (Feuchtigkeit?). Die letzte Treppe zum Zimmer ist eine echte Herausforderung mit dem Gepäck. Die Treppe ist sehr steil und eng.
CHZentrale Lage, aber sehr ruhig, grosse Terrasse
Ich habe nichts vermisst. Die Treppen habe ich gerne in Kauf genommen.
CHDie Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im historischen Zentrum – zentraler geht es kaum. Die Nähe zum Stadtstrand war hervorragend, ebenso wie der kurze Weg zu zahlreichen Restaurants. Die kleine Wohnung ist mit zwei sehr gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen ausgestattet – ein absoluter Pluspunkt bei der sommerlichen Hitze. Auch die Terrasse hat uns begeistert: sehr schön gestaltet mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit.
Leider war die Terrasse bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt und deutlich verschmutzt, sodass wir sie zunächst selbst säubern mussten. Das war etwas schade, da der Rest der Unterkunft einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck machte.

Agent not present on arrival as arranged. Unable to access building for stressful half hour due to being sent wrong code. Had to see assistance from non-English speaking neighbours. WiFi code also incorrect. Note advising against drinking water but not even a bottle of water was provided. Floors not clean with broken glass on terrace. Chair on terrace worn and barely usable another had torn cushion. No fabric shade on terrace as shown in photo. Shower drain was blocked and required clearing as not draining. Stair edgings broken and sharp. BBQ extremely basic with no lighters. Toilet seat not securely fixed. Having paid in advance (non-refundable) was later required to sign 9 page terms and conditions. On arrival a note stated that there would be a €100 fine if rubbish was not disposed of appropriately. Not sure what the €100 cleaning fee covers.
