Location can't get any better as you are a walking distance from the main tourist sites. You are also surrounded by cafes, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Taxi use was minimal as we were walking everywhere. The apartment contained everything a family would need. A good sized fridge and a washing machine were very useful. The cleanliness of our place and the daily cleaning was superb. The noise level was minimal although we were in the centre of Seville, we had a great sleep every night. Overall, the service we received and the location of the apartment made it an excellent value for money.

Perfect location, very charming and cozy neighborhood and building. Excellent rooms, equipped very well - lighting, bed, bathroom, everything. Perfect service with a personal touch and attention to details. Really delighted, would definitely come back.

El desayuno estupendo y la ubicación perfecta. Todo un detalle que se llevaron el coche al parking y a la salida, teníamos el coche en la puerta.

Good location in Old Town. Easy to get to main attractions.

Unhelpful staff. We had a maintenance issue which was reported on the morning of day 2 but was never resolved prior to our departure 3 days later. When we later questioned it the only response we received was “I don’t know what’s happened I’ve just started my shift”. That was 48 hours before we checked out. Rooms were regularly not cleaned until mid - late afternoon. The best staff member we encountered was the person serving food & drinks around the pool. He was very helpful and friendly.

TOUT……petit déjeuner incroyable, personnel au top. L’établissement a un charme fou ! Le design est sublime et l’architecte a fait ça avec goût! Tout est parfait! Nous avions la chambre avec terrasse et douche ….un plus non négligeable! Très bien placé aussi. LE MUST ETC’EST LA QUE VOUS VOYEZ QUE LE CLIENT EST CONSIDÉRÉ : je suis arrivée le jour de mon anniversaire. Je n’ai rien dit à la réception. Quelques temps plus tard à notre quelqu’un toc : une carte d’anniversaire écrite à la main par le personnel et une assiette avec des douceurs et une bougie ! TELLEMENT ADORABLE ET TOUCHANT. Pour moi carte d’anniversaire veut dire qu’ils considèrent réellement le lient!
