This was my second time staying at this property, and I was really disappointed when they asked me to pay IVA. I was traveling for work in Bogotá and had my passport with me, but the owner’s attitude was inappropriate. She asked me to show her the entry stamps from when I arrived, even though I had already shown her my American passport and my stay was only for one night. Sadly, because of her attitude, I won’t be returning to this place. However, the staff was kind, and everything was clean and safe.
