no cleaning room keep calling for towels plus the fireworks going off all nite

I appreciated the staff was able to find my family and I room, but it wasn't what we had booked. I didn't understand the hotel over booking their rooms. I hadn't had this issue in the past.

The standard amenities like ice machines and vending machines were not available on the floors of the rooms. We got in late and were only staying one night so we asked for a late checkout and were only given thirty minutes. This is the smallest allowance for time on a late checkout request I had ever received, anywhere, and I have travelled extensively. If there was a spa or pool, nobody mentioned it to me. I enjoyed the quality of the room and it was clean/comfortable, but all the other amenities I mentioned were lackluster. We had to pay for valet parking but the car was not brought to us when we picked it up, we had to locate and drive it out ourselves. Overall, it was a clean and relatively nice hotel, but there was no customer gratitude shown. The staff was nice, just not overly concerned with customer service.

Kleiner Mangel: Die ebenerdige Dusche verteilte Wasser im ganzen Bad; valet-Service etwas überflüssig, die Garage ist direkt im Haus und wir hätten as Auto auch selbst ein- und ausparken können, aber dafür 24/7 bewacht.

Location was fantastic. Roof pool was fun. Valet was solid.

Room wasn’t ready on time and we were left waiting around. Cafe hours weren’t great— and the worker put her AirPods in and yelled we are closed at us. Room was fine, but the pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable we wouldn’t get a suite again. There was coloring on the ottoman. No benefits for elite bonvoy members.

No parking available at valet. Had to pay for metered parking outside. Checked in at 4:30pm and room was not available till after 5:30pm. Hotel and valet do not operate as a single business. They appear to be separate. Valet parking is the only option and their setup is a nightmare.

Everything was great! The customer service to the room the comfort. I enjoyed my stay very much

We had a very negative experience here. When I booked the reservation over the phone, I was told that the hotel could guarantee that we would have two adjoining rooms (we had our two kids with us). When we showed up, we were told there were no adjoining rooms available. The staff was not apologetic at all, and made no effort to fix the issue even though this was a big problem considering we were traveling with our kids. When I told them we would prefer to find another place to stay, they REFUSED to issue a refund even though they were the ones who had created the issue. There were other families have trouble getting into their rooms on time. This hotel is not good if you're traveling with kids.

Very comfortable bedding, clean rooms. Parking was a nightmare—we had to circle for nearly an hour. The rate we were charged was higher than what we were quoted, and when I asked for a couple of extra pillows, they never showed up. Service from the manager was also very underwhelming and far from what you’d expect at this level. If you’re looking for luxury experience, keep searching elsewhere.
