I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is very complete and delicious, with plenty of options. They also have a pool, which we really enjoyed as a family. The rooms are comfortable, and the bed was cozy, making our stay very pleasant.

The only downsides are that, like in many places in Thailand, the bathrooms could be cleaned more thoroughly, as there was noticeable mold on the walls and floors. Also, even though there are signs asking for silence, some guests are not very respectful of the noise in the hallway

I had a disappointing experience at Travelodge Phuket. The check-in process was particularly frustrating due to the staff’s attitude. The receptionist was unhelpful and came across as quite rude, which made the experience uncomfortable right from the start. I was told to wait 30 minutes at the reception without any proper explanation or attempt to assist, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. After a long journey, this was not the kind of welcome I expected. Overall, the service at the front desk really needs improvement, as it significantly impacts the guest experience.

Near to laundry and 7 eleven.. Also got cafe at lobby area..

La piscine est superbe mais est malheureusement très tôt à l’ombre. Le personnel est adorable. L’endroit est calme.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à mon goût. L’emplacement ne me convenait pas (trop loin de la plage).
