Bowmont Motel

The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. They left a happy birthday sign, balloons, card and bottle of wine for my Mom's birthday which was very kind. Everything was spotlessly clean, the pools was lovely and the outdoor kitchen with barbecues was great.

The furniture needs to be replaced and the rooms need a paint job but the beds are comfortable and the linens were good quality.

Best pool in town, great staff, excellent location, pet friendly

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable overall. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere provided a wonderful place to unwind, making my stay both comfortable and memorable.

I especially loved the property’s location. It was within easy walking distance of the lake and several other attractions, making it convenient to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without needing to drive.

Great location and close to beach, local shops pubs and restaurants. Pool is awesome and the staff is friendly and helpful. The Bowmont is an excellent place for families and has lots to offer….even a lounge area with BBQs. The Bowmont is our place to go every-time when in Penticton. The are always adding updates to the rooms and property over the winter months for us to enjoy over the summer. Value is OK but most places are pricey in the peak summer months. Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and most one with kitchens and some are two bedrooms. The noise level is pretty good and we find the place quiets down around 11 pm so not much noise at all. The retro style is pretty cool, if you are looking for fancy…this isn’t the place but it’s clean, fun and the location is excellent. Varinder and crew do an amazing job. Management lives on site which is excellent.

This family run family friendly resort was an absolute treat to find! Great size pool and communal bbq area, super clean large rooms, and everyone was helpful and friendly.

Slightly dated decor - but I think that adds to the North American charm!

We really liked the pool. The staff were very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable.

The overall cleanliness wasn’t great. The bathtub in our room needs to be replaced. The bottom of the tub is black. Not very inviting. Room 116.

Love the layout.

The hot tub wasn't hot. The ice cost money, even though I didn't bag it.
