"A night in the frat house! "

Cute, clean, great location for exploring the colonial area. Unfortunately we could not stay due to inconsiderate hotel guests and no on-site hotel representative to address excessive noice, hallway fights, music and inappropriate behaviours. Had to end our stay due to fear and frustration from other guests. As indicated in their add….”no refunds”. Paid for two nights, stayed for one and resulted in zero sleep. Tried to contact property representative when issues and excessive noice became unbearable 10:50 pm and received no response until after 5am, just when the loud music shut off and the sexual moaning ceased. Very unprofessional!

No tenía agua el baño para ducharse cuando me desperté y cuánto les informe el personal me dio una mala respuesta tuve que tomar un culto sin bañera me horrible nunca en mi vida name había pasado, no pidieron disculpas ni buscaron una solución
