Hotel Escala Puebla Centro

Well, the hotel itself is in a very humble and at night not very safe neighborhood but inside it’s more or less acceptable. The main problem is the ubiquitous noise coming on to you from all the sides. The old Mexico problem. Very, very cheap construction, paperthin doors, nothing really works and there is no way to rest at night. You can hear to anyone and anything they say outside. They don’t have any bath tubs or aircon, so be warned in summer. I just stayed one night and sincerely wouldn’t come back. Staff was proactive and nice but that won’t help if you can’t relax at night. In the morning you can hear the noise from the cleaning staff at 7.30, imagine that. Door banging and yelling from other guests, their futile cellphone ringtones etc. was a nice free spectacle and enhanced nämlich general impression . No thank you, for nothing

Wifi not working. Very,very noisy. Doors are paperthin. Difficult to test. Full of yelling kids

No elevators to 3rd floor. No food served at all. Not safe to walk around neighborhood. The hotel is located in an area that was designated for indiginous that were forced out of zocolo. 10 minute walk to zocolo.

Increíble lugar, con todas las amenidades necesarias. Limpio y cómodo.

Lo que más me gustó de este hotel fue que es un lugar con un ambiente muy tranquilo, tiene muy buena ubicacion, las habitaciones muy bonitas y acogibles. El personal es muy servicial y amable. Tienen precios accesibles.
