Reception staff friendly

We get to know someone keep walking to our room and it feel uncomfortable for us to rest . Not sure whether it's housekeeping or other . But please improvise . I swear , we won't come to this hotel again to stay seems too uncomfortable . Privacy is must for guest . And please improvise . To recommend.. I think no need .
