The staff is courteous and checking in and out is smooth.

The bed sheet and towels are not white enough. The shampoo and shower gel are ordinary. The room I stayed has not external window ( a very small window at the back of the bed without standing area). The sound proofing is poor. No food in the hotel al all. It is not a hotel but just a lodging place.

Comfortable bed and great air-conditioning. Hotel was located near highway. Small boutique hotel, nicely decorated and has vending machines. Ample parking by the roadside. Quite far from Ipoh town, but good place to stay if you have transportation or if u need a stopover before heading north. Hot shower was great.

Staff should know about breakfast spots / any other activities to recommend when guests inquire. Check in via booking.com takes such a long time. They are need to lessen the waiting time. Deposits return takes a long time.
