Room had a good bed, a hot shower, and a large smart TV.

The photos on Booking.com are misleading as they show rooms with Kitchenettes. My room did not have a kitchenette as I understood it would. Additionally, no facilities to make coffee or microwave food. I asked if they had some way of boiling water, they said they did not. Despite pictures showing kitchens on Booking.com. I had to walk to a 711 every morning to get coffee. No Microwave or Refrigerator in the entire hotel, despite showing kitchens on their pictures. Even a shared kitchen would do, but I was denied access. On one trip to get coffee from a 711, I returned and the maid was in my room at about 9:00AM. She had thrown away my food I had bought the previous day. I asked where is the food, and she pulled it out of the Garbage and gave it back to me. Bizarre and Insulting For Check in, I received a message that they would like me to call when I am arriving. I did so, as the taxi driver initally had trouble finding the location. The entrance is Completely Unmarked. There was NO answer when I called. I rang the doorbell, eventually someone answered and checked me in. The man told me "You are supposed to call as you are arriving". I did call, and No one Picked Up! Rather Insulting

El servicio al cliente es pésimo, tardan años en abrir debido a que no hay nadie en recepción. Al llegar Según ellos cancelaron mi reserva por medio de Expedia porque supuestamente nunca pudieron validar "la tarjeta" y solo querían pago en efectivo. (yo nunca recibí ningún aviso o mensaje por la plataforma).
