They now charge a deposit of $20, for paying through Booking.com. Because a virtual card is used. Unfortunately after a six days, still have not been refunded. So I can not give a good review.

I had some peace inside my room but every single time when I went outside it was a mess.

The treatment of the staff was absolutely horrible, especially the person who claimed to be the "manager", the receptionists and the "manager" are very aggressive and rude people, I couldn't even know their names to be able to make a formal claim for each of them, but they treated me horribly and they also wanted to charge me excessively when they saw that I had my pet with me, at first they charged me 10 usd per day for each pet which was the first 2 days, and then my pets were not with me until the day I decided to leave the hotel because those people They wanted to charge me 100Usd per day, and they didn't even give me any receipt for my pets when I made the payment. Other people who also had pets said that they do a business under the table with these excessive charges because you can't even include pet payment with the hotel payment. Those people called the police and started accusing me of fraud and other things just because they wanted me to leave the hotel because I refused to stay and pay 100Usd for my pets. Without a doubt it is the most horrible experience I have had in my entire life in a hotel, and I also found ticks in my bed the days I was staying in the room and I must clarify that my pets have nothing to do with that because they were not with me when I found those insects in my bed and also my pets are fully protected against their antiparasitic and anti-flea and tick vaccines, but as I said before they were only with me for 2 days and I was staying more than 1 month. I also saw that there was a policeman opening the rooms with a plastic key (card) to see who was inside, I felt terribly insecure and suspicious to know that maybe while I had to leave the room someone could be opening and entering.

I liked that it was right off the freeway.

The room smelled like smoke. It was dirty. There was a roach in the bathroom. The floor hadn't been cleaned. It wasn't a comfortable stay. It was overpriced for how the room was kept and I regret staying there. Fire the same price or a little more I could have had a clean room and a place where I could have showered, taken off my shoes, etc.

Had roaches, and bed bug and mold. And they wouldn’t give a refund bc all the rooms they showed us was dirty and accused us of stealing a microwave.
