Boutique Hotel ter Zand

I had booked the hotel for elderly Australian friends. €160 per night including breakfast. There was no help for the luggage. We got stuck in the elevator. There was a telephone in the elevator, but it did not work. It took a while before we could get out of the elevator. On of the guest fainted. That was a traumatic experience. There was no apology from the hotel or inquiring about how we were afterwards. Nothing was offered in compensation. There was no telephone in the hotel room. The internet didn't work. At 2am the air conditioning suddenly started blaring at 30 degrees. The towels were too thin and there was not enough storage space for towels and toiletries. Gluten allergies were taken into account at breakfast. But all in all it was an unpleasant experience.

Heerlijk rustige omgeving, fijne suite, vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk ontbijt. Alleen het betaald parkeren is een beetje jammer.

Locatie, schoon, ruim. Koffie/thee faciliteiten. Fantastisch verblijf.

Mooie grote kamer. Het is alleen jammer dat er geen kapstok is, zodat je de natte jas of in kast moet hangen of op de badkamer. Een prima ontbijt. Lekkere broodjes en voldoende keuze in beleg. Het is wel jammer dat je voor gebruik van het zwembad naar een ander hotel moet lopen.

Deludente: non consiglierei la struttura a nessuno. Si danno un’aria di albergo di lusso, ma il servizio è di campeggio di base. Non potevamo prenotare un tavolo al ristorante anche se eravamo ospiti dell’albergo. Avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale e abbiamo avuto due single. Siamo stati disturbati dalla donna delle pulizie alle 8 della mattina, anche se il check-out era alle 11:00

Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand und das Bett bequem. Allerdings wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Zimmer sauberer gewesen und ein Föhn im Badezimmer vorhanden wäre. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Allerdings war der Preis uns persönlich zu hoch für die Auswahl, welche geboten worden ist.

It was a wonderful stay. Everyone was helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and smelled great. The breakfast was fantastic. I loved my stay!
