Location was excellent in the middle of the seafront but in a quiet side road just 50 metres off the main road

The double bed is small but we are used to a super king

The owner was helpful and very welcoming. Small apartment feel with bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and lounge room. Iron, ironing board, fridge, washing machine, everything you would need. Fold out lounge bed was comfortable. There is plenty of off-road parking. Within 3 minutes walking distance to the ocean and seaside attractions. I highly recommend this accommodation

No A/C - Small pedestal fan was provided but wasn't enough to cool the room on a hot day with no sea breeze.

Straightforward access to the property.

Comfortable, fully equipped apartment near to the beach. Perfect for a family holiday. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Nicely decorated. Easy contactless check in. Enjoyed our stay.

Would like to have received check in information much earlier, only got this the night before travel. Also the owner forgot we had agreed a late check out, which he did apologise for but made the last part of our stay stressful.

We stayed for a short break The location was good. The room was lovely. Spotlessly clean with quality bedding and towels. We were met at the hotel and shown to our accomadation on arrival all very swift which was great. I would recommend this hotel highly. Thanks for a great place to stay. We will use again.

This is a superb place to stay. Free parking at the hotel. The location is brilliant 30 metres from the sea front. A great well equipped kitchen. En suite toilet and bathroom. Sofa bed and double bedroom . Netflix / I player etc available on TV's x2. The host was super friendly and helpful. The place was newly refurbished and a lot of things were like new. This is one of the best places we have stayed with Booking .com and was well worth the money. ( Just think about the parking alone . Free. ) How much do you think that is in Yarmouth. A great deal all round.

Ease, better value than guest houses & more flexible with space

The host was super quick to arrive and help us within minutes of any request. The rooms are spacious and light, with big windows, the decor is to a very high standard. The TVs had nice large screens and there were three of them. Kitchen just right. There was a deer in the garden which was amazing in a town! And was lovely to watch while having breakfast.

The sofa in the living room wasn't all that comfy for sitting (but was OK for sleeping), not an issue for us abecause we just watched tv from our beds in the evening
