Location couldnt be any better stayed in all these apartments now clean and godd facilities

The property was ideal for our needs , spacious, comfortable and an ideal location

The internal fire doors although a necessity were extremely heavy and very difficult to open. I in particular struggled due to having a shoulder condition to open the doors and get through without it hitting me .. other than that all was excellent

They took money allegedly for a broken safe where the key was, although I initially wrote upon check-in that the safe was not working and after 40 minutes we managed to open it

Loved the location right near the sea front. Kitchen was well equipped

It could have been mentioned our room was over a bar that played loud music till 1am.

Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again

The location is fantastic, very central and just 5 minutes away from Winter Garden. However, it's also very noisy, with parties going on all night long, making it difficult to fall asleep.

The apartment is in poor condition, with furniture falling apart and lacking essential amenities like a washer/dryer and sufficient toilet paper. We had to repeatedly request additional supplies from management. Additionally, the heavy doors pose safety hazards, especially for children's fingers.

This is a difficult review, as it depends what you want from your stay. If you are staying here with friends for the purpose of a night out, then this apparent if decent. But I was staying with my family and it wasn’t ideal!! It was clean enough but not spotless. If you aren’t planning on spending much time in it then this place would be ideal.

Beds and sofas not the comfiest. Blinds didn’t open/ close properly. Windows didn’t open. Apartment was FREEZING when we got in and took a while to heat up. And the noise, well that was unreal!! The back bedroom was like trying to sleep on a the dance floor of the club below!! It was horrendous!! We ended up trying to squeeze into the single bed in the front room, which was also pretty noisy!! You could hear the apartment below talking/ singing etc. All in all, it wasn’t a great stay for us.

Fantastic apartment only issue was location was in busy area and loud music played till early hours. It didn't bother us but not recommended for those who want a quieter stay

Location and apartment was lovely I can't say nothing bad about apartment it's spotless clean modern and warm and comfy I wanted stay not leave

Needs door wedges also windows need to be able to be opened by customers and maybe ironing board and freeview so normal telly can be watched maybe washing machine be good too
