Had to leave my vehicle on the main road overnight due to no parking left. To be fair the booking didn’t guarantee parking though.

I really love the location and how our room is just in front of your car. Really love it. Our room is in tje ground floor so its really convenient. The size of the room is pretty decent with small kitchen. The facts that its just out of cbd area is really nice as we get free parking. Moreover the hotel has huge washing machine for free too!!!! I made the right choice to change my previous booking to this hotel. Location wise is really close to westfield shopping mall. So its really convenient whereby you can find kmart, pack n save etc.

As a meticulous traveler, I would like to share my honest feedback and constructive suggestions based on my recent stay. I hope the management finds these insights helpful for further service enhancement. The Bed & Bedroom The bed itself was exceptionally comfortable. However, presentation-wise, placing four pillows on the bed by default would be much more logical and visually appealing (I was a bit puzzled to find one of the pillows stored in the wardrobe instead). The bed is the soul of a hotel room and usually the first thing a guest notices. While the overall presentation was very neat, we did notice upon arrival that the bedsheet at the bottom-left corner wasn’t properly tucked in—a minor detail, but worth noting for perfection. On a positive note, the bedside master switch control for the living area lights is a brilliant and thoughtful design. The Living & Kitchen Area The living space is spacious, pristine, and well-maintained. Providing two sofas equipped with lumbar support pillows showed great attention to comfort and hospitality. The kitchen area was equally clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. The Bathroom - The Positives: The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. The toiletries provided smelled amazing and performed exceptionally well. There was also ample counter space around the vanity. The bathrobes were fresh, and the slippers were of good quality. - Areas for Improvement: * Maintenance & Maintenance Checks: The sink drain was clogged, causing the water to drain very slowly. Also, there is a broken clothes hook on the bathroom wall; it would be much better to either remove it entirely or replace it with a new one from a local store, as it’s a quick and low-cost fix that vastly improves visual neatness. I suspect other guests may have brought this up as well. Additionally, the sanitizer bottle on the entrance table was full but the pump mechanism was faulty and couldn't dispense any liquid.
