El baño no estaba tan aseado, no te limpian el cuarto si tú no les pides que lo Hagan, el desayuno muy alto En azúcar y carbohidratos Al costado de donde me quedé hubo una pelea donde rompieron los vidrios, puro llanto

I had a very special experience in the check in window with an Asian sweet lady.

The coffe maker in the room was dirty, look like it was a while since was cleaned. And the next morning I went to the dining and ask for help, an Asian, tall, with glasses men was very rude when I asked for help.

The people who owned/ran it was absolutely awesome extremely nice It looked like it had been remodeled recently on the inside

The room smelled horrible non smoking room (my daughter said it smelled like weed) bed was extremely hard wife and I both woke up with back pain Refrigerator had a bug in the seal that keeps it closed and something was left in the fridge from previous occupants

No hot water & the shower sprayers were not all working

Nothing. from the moment we walked in the beds were low to the ground hard bed and had a bit of a stain smell . And traffic upstairs was impossible to get sleep.

Nothing found roaches in the bathroom spider on shower faucet and bugs in coffee cups coffee maker dirty and not working I vedeo tape everything and demanded my refund for the 2 day stay.

Location : across the street from where I needed to go for an event

Very poorly maintained and dirty. Room 219 has a leak in ceiling, bathroom had “yellow drops” all over the floor and I am assuming it was urine. Gross. Gladly I bring my Clorox wherever I go. There is no housekeeping, floors were sticky and very dirty, bathroom had cracks and toilet was not properly mounted onto the floor. Sink was dirty too with rests of food in it so it looks like it was not properly cleaned at all. Asian staff was friendly but that’s about it, that was the 1 good thing about this place. Elevator does not work and they make no effort to have it fixed, rather posted a permanent sign to let people know about it. No I do not recommend and no I will not stay at this place again. Very dirty and not well kept at all.
