Great hotel! Beautiful interior. Comfy beds. Great shower. Good at the restaurant was really good. Perfect location close to the airport or port. Highly recommend!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, met goede tips. Zeer nette kamer. Bus op loopafstand, dus snel in het centrum. Het restaurant Batoo bij het hotel was ook helemaal prima.

De kamer is erg netjes, het personeel heel vriendelijk en is goed mee te communiceren. Mocht je zelf willen koken in het appartement dan kan je aan het personeel potten en pannen vragen. Op loopafstand is een busstop waar je alle kanten mee op kan. Ook zijn er voldoende voorzieningen in de buurt wat betreft eten,drinken. Een echte aanrader dit hotel! Mede omdat het op een wat rustigere plek is gelegen. Parkeergelegenheid is er volop. Of je parkeert voor de deur, of je parkeert op 50meter op een openbaar parkeerterrein. Als wij zouden terug keren dan zeker naar Stay365 Heraklion Apart Hotel.

"Excellent"

It was a 7/10. I wasn’t happy about them saying if I got anything on the sheets or towels then I will have to pay for it. There was some issues with getting a hold of the front desk for a few amenities however overall it was fine.
