Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a central location and prone to traffic noise. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku and HDMI cord for streaming. Spaces on the lower-level may have obstructed views and less natural lighting. The Superior King Suite has stairs within its space. There is no elevator.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Good location, facilities on the poor side"

Location and close to eateries

Upon arrival the rooms were received was massive and what we booked. The pull out bed was broken and we were accommodated with a new room. The new room was half the size, the dining table had no chairs, not enough towels. They did accommodate additional towels the following day.

Fantastic location and great little apartment. Didn't really use the kitchen on this trip, but was great to have the resources available and will likely stay here again in the future.

My only real complaint is the room felt humid.

We have had several more fraudulent attempts made against our credit card by this company we paid the full amount on arrival plus $100 hold which hasnt been returned as yet. We have now had to cancel our credit card and dispute all the charges against us by "Reside Navy Yard" leaving us with no credit card in a foreign country. Ive tried to raise this with them however cannot get a straight answer. On checking out the front desk service person was high on weed and was more interested in his uber eats. We also heard gunshots one night!
