This place was fabulous. We stayed in The Madison and it was beautiful, cozy and chic. Would absolutely stay again. Very reasonable price for the area. If you are someone who needs a front desk and lots of attention to check-in/out, you won't get it here. Instead everything is done electronically which suits me fine, it's very efficient and they know what they're doing. If you need anything, you can call or text the manager and they are very responsive. They email and/or text you your codes about an hour before check-in and it works beautifully. The instructions are very simple to follow. The only 2 things I didn't love, and this is personal to me YMMV, the rain shower was very pleasant but fixed into place and not at all adjustable, however, if you're very tall you will love it! Also I personally don't like one side of the bed up against the wall, but that's just me so take that with a grain of salt. Overall 5 stars.
This is a great property if traveling to Buffalo. It was a unique but pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting the area.
Lovely room and lobby
The room was ery comfortably. Amazing decor. Didn't feel like a hotel. Felt like you were in the comforts of your own home. Many amenities provided. Definitely a place we would go back to.
The charm of this hotel was so unexpectedly delightful! Everyone was so helpful with information and accommodations. There isn’t a front desk or extra amenities, but our room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Buffalo!!
Great place near parks and nice streets for foodies, spicy room and services. Common space are quite nice as well to have breakfast or delivered food. I don’t know why you are forcing people to write 200 letter minimum , honestly that is cumbersome
Super comfy bed…very clean, beautiful rooms. Nice sitting area to hang with friends also. Loved the check in/out process and the door system. Very close to downtown and many other attractions in the area. We Will definitely stay here again.
We stayed in the Kennedy Suite! Highly recommend booking a night in there if you are able. The mansion itself is such a cool experience but that suite is so beautiful. Everything from the art and decor to one of the best nights of sleep I've ever had in the comfiest bed. This place is really special. Thank you to Erin for being so helpful and making sure we had an amazing stay.
My boyfriend and I did a two night stay at The Edward. We loved the convenience of having free parking and the contactless and keyless entry. It was so nice to be able to call or text the hotel for any needs. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well. They even provided Starbucks coffee pods in the room. Also in the lounge, there was a microwave with popcorn bags, water, and ice provided. The room had a smart tv to sign on to many streaming services. It was in a convenient location with many nice restaurants and coffee shops near by. Plus only a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend if traveling to the Buffalo area!!
Room was beautiful and kept in great condition! Touchless access was a plus. Made everything easy. Very responsive management. The Kennedy room was very large, great bath tub and shower. Decor was timeless. Would highly recommend for a getaway
